Free Psychological Support Helpline
Year: 2026

Key result: The free psychological support helpline, originally promoted by UNICEF and managed and operated by PROCOSI during 2026, provided orientation, emotional support and psychological first aid to people seeking help. The experience enabled continuity of the service during an operational transition period, drawing on PROCOSI’s technical capacity in comprehensive health and community mental health.
