Comprehensive Health Program
How we work
Through a One Health approach, PROCOSI mobilizes organizations, sectors and partners to reduce health gaps and inequalities affecting vulnerable populations in Bolivia. We connect health action with its social, economic and environmental determinants through integrated, cross-sectoral and locally relevant solutions.
Our track record
For more than 38 years, PROCOSI has built a strong record of managing multi-partner programs and projects across Bolivia.

OUR WORK
As a national network, PROCOSI strengthens strategic partnerships, connects member organizations with public, private and international actors, and promotes evidence-informed advocacy that contributes to healthier communities and more equitable public policies. Our role is to turn collaboration into coordinated action—supporting long-term development priorities while also mobilizing capacities in situations of vulnerability and emergency.
Victor Terán
Executive Director, PROCOSI
Guided by a clear strategic plan, PROCOSI aligns the network around shared priorities, communicates results transparently and strengthens member ownership of the collective agenda—supporting coherent, accountable and higher-impact action.
Anastacio Choque

This strategic planning process is an opportunity to reflect on our achievements and lessons learned, and to use them as a foundation to chart a new path forward for PROCOSI together. In a challenging context, we must strengthen our ability to adapt, innovate, and create greater impact.
