Comprehensive Health and Determinants Program

Primary Health Care

We strengthen the diagnosis and treatment of noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) and mental health conditions through appropriate technologies, specialized clinical guidance and stronger service delivery. We also contribute to reducing adolescent pregnancy through capacity building and tailored standards and protocols, helping expand equitable access to quality, people-centered comprehensive health care.

Health Promotion

We promote mental health and prevent challenges such as adolescent pregnancy and sexual violence through community participation, prevention strategies and policies that empower people to make informed decisions. Our work seeks to improve equitable access to health services, essential medicines and supportive community environments.

Social Determinants of Health

We address the social determinants that shape health outcomes through public policy engagement, intersectoral collaboration and locally led initiatives. Our work links NCD prevention, mental health, and sexual and reproductive health with broader development priorities, including stronger public-private collaboration to improve community well-being and reduce inequities.
